Women are truly wonders, and actress Jennifer Garner wanted to remind all of us of that fact with a stunning video of a pregnant ballerina.

The video shows prima ballerina Maia Makhateli of the Nationale Opera & Ballet of the Netherlands.

A very pregnant Maia can be seen en pointe holding a passé and low arabesque while simultaneously sipping water.

You've got to see it to believe it.

Garner aptly captioned the video with the hashtag #womenarewonders.

The internet 100% agrees with Garner's claim, sharing its awe and shock at Maia's incredible abilities.

Frustrated by how certain functions work the way they do, and feeling there could be significant improvements in other departments as well.
