Even the most chill people have something that gets under their skin. Whatever it may be, for whatever reason, can quickly turn your day sour if you let it. It's all about reading the room. Nothing beats a comedic b-tch session at the watercooler. Good vent, good laughs, good times. I can leave the convo feeling uplifted by the comradery.
