Lately, I've been having a recurring dream about owning dozens of ferrets, guinea pigs, mice, and other small furry critters. They all live in tanks and cages stacked on top of each other. I start panicking when I realize that it's been a long time since I last fed some of them, and I frantically check if they're still alive. Then I notice that all of the ferrets have escaped their cage and I start looking around my house for them...
I always wake up from this dream feeling alarmed.

I was mugged twice in New York City while I was typically minding my own business.
Also, while I was in Barcelona, I had a team of youths pick-pocket me and run off with my wallet containing my passport and credit cards. Fortunately, the friend I was with saw what happened and ran off after them. She sucker-punched the young lady who had my wallet, causing her to drop it.
