People Share The Biggest Coincidence That's Ever Happened To Them

Well that's odd. No?

There are just some moments in life that are just too strange to be random? But it's quite possible life really is just that random. There are implausible situations like sharing the same middle name as your lover or discovering a long lost twin, or finding your hair beret from kindergarten while you're skinny dipping in the ocean; that fall under the moments you swear you can't "make this stuff up" even of you tried category. Those are the times when you have to either leave it all up to the possibility of the random or that there is divine power at play.

Redditor u/Ashaliedoll was wondering what deja vú moments we've all experienced by asking.... What has been the biggest coincidence you've experienced in your life so far?

Hey Neighbor....

Played an MMO (Everquest) for years. After about 5 years in I got to talking to someone else who was in my guild that entire time. It turned out we lived in the same city, then the same neighborhood. We talk a bit more and come to realize we were next door neighbors and had been that entire time. Aazadan

Papa can you hear me?

Went on a vacation to London. While there I met a man from Scotland. He found out I was from California and was like, "Oh, I used to work with a guy in California. Maybe you know him?" Internally I was rolling my eyes but I didn't want to be the Ugly American so I humored him and asked for more information.

It turned out to be my father. Inigo93

Then, of course, there are the chains that we make every effort to avoid.

We've likely tried places at least once simply because everyone is always talking about them.

But after having one bite, we have trouble seeing exactly what all the fuss was about and vow to never return.

Even if it might be the only option at a rest stop or even the only available food for miles, we instead opt to wait and be hungry.

There are several movies I've watched so many times I think the viewings outnumber the days I've lived.

Experiencing that first time but with that feeling of... "I'm gonna love this forever."

We never appreciate the first time enough.

But that's life.

Warning: there are spoilers below.

Non-Sexual Things That Strangely Turn People On

There is no one way to anybody's heart or libido.

Sexy doesn't always have to equal raunchy.

I've known people turned on by music, books, nature, and even funerals (don't ask).

What starts someone's engine is a mystery.
