The weird stray hairs on your chin, neck, cheek. I had one on my neck that I never knew about until recently. I tweezed it off, and it was about 3 inches long. How did I not see this before?!

Those long trips to the bathroom are meditative. A personal recharge. Check ourselves out, touch-up makeup and hair, examine our whole look, strike a pose or two. Insert a few selfies that you never end up posting, but are totally post worthy. I come out of that bathroom feeling new. I'm ready for you, world, you best be ready for me. Hair flip.

Lube Lab

If we whip out lube, or ask you to use some, it is NOT meant as a slight against you or your sexual abilities. While we do self-produce lubricant, it is often times more pleasurable (for both parties) if a little extra is added. Also, naturally produced lubricant dries faster, and has a rather unpleasant feeling to it once it dries. I wish men would stop being so prudish or offended by the idea of lube.
MEN, buy some lube (or ask your girl to pick some up of her choosing)!! And DON'T BE AFRAID TO USE IT. Make sure it's one that is water-based if you're using condoms, and try to keep it as natural as possible (skip the flavored kind if you're using for intercourse).

Symptoms of premenopause don't always start in your 40s or 50s. It's not unheard of to begin in your 20s and its actually not super uncommon for it to happen in your 30s.
Hormones are weird, especially in women. And it's likely helpful for the hetero men here to understand a little about it if you intend to share your life with a woman, f-cking buckle in.
My mom started premenopause when she was my age, 30, and didn't actually go through it until she was ~55. So 25 years of weird hormonal things they never even tell us about.
I honestly didn't know about how this presents until recently when I starting showing symptoms.

I know several women that, before they go on a first date with a guy, they'll share their location with a friend and text them that guy's full name... just in case.
Facebook user Betsy Reyes busted her dog Princess who was out moonlighting as a stray in order to play on the sympathies of strangers. It seems Princess likes to wander off to her favorite hangout, the local McDonald's, and work the drive through lane like a pro.
And that's what she did right up until Reyes busted her scam. Reyes, who lives in Oklahoma City, took to Facebook and outed Princess in the most hysterical way, saying:
"If you see my dog @ the McDonald's on shields, quit feeding her fat ass bc she don't know how to act & be leaving the house all the time to go walking to McDonald's at night. She's not even a stray dog. She's just a gold diggin ass bitch that be acting like she's a stray so people will feel bad for her & feed her burgers."

The website defines hate crimes as abuse that "can be verbal or physical and has hugely damaging effects on the victims, their families and communities, and we all must play our part to challenge it."

Justice minister Humza Yousaf is familiar with being a victim of a bigotry and is encouraging people to call out and report any incidents involving harassment.
"As somebody who has faced Islamaphobic and racial abuse over the years, I know how upsetting being a victim of hate can be. Hate crime and prejudice are completely unacceptable and we are absolutely committed to tackling it."
"We all have a role to play in stamping out prejudice and I would ask anyone who witnesses a hate crime to play their part and report it. Henrietta Mochrie identifies as transgender and has been the victim of repeated harassment and abuse. She emphasized the importance of speaking out against the hatred.
"I'll often get street harassment, sometimes this has escalated to the point where I've been followed by people shouting abuse at me, just because of who I am."
"It makes me feel really down and scared to leave the house. It's important that if you witness hate crime that you report it to take a stand against hate."
One Scotland's ad campaign officially launched on Wednesday.
Hopefully, it won't take too long before other nations follow suit in this bold, yet necessary fight for equality.
