A new nightmare has emerged from the depths of our collective subconscious. The Instagram account @Nail_Sunny is known for its creative, beautiful, and occasionally disturbing nail designs, and one of their most recent ideas has gone viral for its sheer audacity.

Allow me to introduce you to the Feet Nail Mani.

Oh, horror of horrors. Try as you might, you'll never escape the image of two miniature feet and two miniature hands coming out of a person's normally-sized nail bed. What truly boggles the mind is that the tiny hands and feet receive a mani and pedi of their own!

How is this look achieved, one might wonder. Cosmopolitan reports:

...the tech shaped the feet with acrylic, and then when the shapes were set, they used neutral nail polish as a base for the skin tone, adding a darker polish over it to create the knuckles.

Feet Nails aren't the only unique look coming out of Nail Sunny. Their other designs range from the strangely beautiful to the unabashedly strange.

For people who bite their nails:

Who hasn't wished the could wear a nail with live ants inside? Be honest.

Many of Nail Sunny's designs feature full nail-based sculptures.

Of course, others feature hot dogs. So take that as you will.

Occasionally, Nail Sunny's designs are just plain beautiful...

Though the studio's taste for the extreme always returns:

Don't judge unless you're able to design nails just as well!

If you're looking for a conversation piece attached to your fingers, head over to Nail Sunny in Moscow for a quick mani that no one will be able to stop talking about (even if they want to).

There are three different types of comas we can have. One is called toxic-metabolic encephalopathy, which is caused by illness or infection across the body. There's the medically induced coma which is caused by medical professionals to temporary cause a deep state of unconsciousness. Then there's the persistent vegetative state where the patient is the unaware of their surroundings and unable to movement.

However, after u/Pilot_Mosley asked Reddit, we're not so sure that every coma patient is completely unaware of their surroundings. Many people reported hearing their family or the nurses talking to them. Some said the had vivid dreams, only to learn those events actually happened.

Redditor Pilot_Mosley wanted to know what actually is going on in the unconscious mind and how it changed them after:

"Patients who woke up from a long coma, what's your story? How different were things?"

Read on to find out how the coma effected these people, whether it was a day or years.
