There are so many places in the world to go. So, so much to see and experience. We spend so much of our lives postponing our chances to roam soils we long to touch. So we make a list... a bucket list of destinations to go to before the end. We should just go as soon as we can and enjoy. Don't wait for "it's too late or before I die!"
Redditor u/froyoboyz wanted to hear what places everyone plans to see before the end by asking.... What's a place that someone must visit before they die?
The Trolley....
GiphyDon't do it if time is of the essence, but the Amtrak route from Denver to San Francisco is jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Like a big tour of the Rockies and Sierra Nevada. Crest_of_Tull
i've done it and it was incredible. would only do it again with a sleeper cabin (we had one and i couldn't imagine doing it without). my friend footed the whole bill because he's rich. the only caveat is you have to LOVE being on a train. cramped quarters, same food every night, nothing to do but read a book and watch the scenery. basically, my ideal vacation but it's not for everyone. dedolence
Waffled.
A Waffle House between the hours of 1am and 4am. It's like an alternate universe where time doesn't really exist and other people are only vaguely aware of your existence. ElegantPaperclip
Grand Scale....
Grand Canyon. A picture does not properly relay its scale. You have to see it in person. RDCAIA
I went this past summer! We started our hike at 5am so it was cool for most of it but very hot by the end at like 12pm. I couldn't understand how people were just starting their hike when we were finishing because it had gotten so hot by noon!! lynbh
Rocky Road.
The Canadian Rockies, specifically places like Banff and Jasper National Parks, are pretty incredible! Highly recommend. PM-UR-BUTT-PIC-GIRL

Oh yeah its beautiful. My family is kinda poor but my parents saved up and we went on vacation to Spain because my cousin was there for the navy. While we were there we got to go to granada and a few other places and it was amazing. wasteofpasta728
Not a certain place.
Not a certain place. But please just travel to another country, on an airplane if possible so that you can see the world from high up and experience a different culture, different way. nastybacon
A Long List...
Can't miss places I've come across in my travels:
Iguazu Falls (Brazil/Argentina) Zion National Park (USA) Yosemite National Park (USA) Plitvice National Park (Croatia) Pyramids and Luxor (Egypt) The Red Sea (Egypt or Jordan) Gunung Mulu National Park (Malaysia) Raja Ampat and Komodo (Indonesia) Kyoto (Japan). tablair
All of it.
GiphyThe Smithsonian. All of it. Penelepillar
I was in Washington for 3 days and I got through about half each of 3 different Smithsonian buildings. We wanted to see as much as we could. There's 17 total. toothpastenachos
