Kate Middleton Gave The Best Response To Little Girl Who Asked Why Photographers Were 'Picturing' Her ❤️
Kate Middleton has been on maternity leave since April. During her first public appearance since giving birth to son Louis, for an event known as a "mini beast hunt" at St. Stephen's School in London, a little girl asked Middleton, "Why are they picturing you?" The Duchess knew exactly what to say.
Most of the children were stunned by Middleton's presence, but one curious girl was far more interested in the fleet of photographers who seemed to follower her around.
When she asked the Duchess what all the hubbub was about, Middleton responded:
They're picturing you cause you're special!

Kate's outing with the children was chock-full of adorable moments.
While the Duchess sat with a group of youngsters on a log, one girl demonstrated her finest royal manners by showing her how to properly drink from a cup with no hands.

Zoe Stroud, who hosted the mini beast hunt as interim Head of Sayers Croft Forest School, commented that Kate "was lovely" –– though she said the only mini beast she managed to find on the hunt was a slug! (But she did see a frog under a log.)
Twitter was excited to see Middleton back from leave!

Middleton's failure to find a nice spider was surprising considering her adventures with children George and Charlotte in their backyard!
According to Stroud:
She really gets what we are doing here and said she often takes her children on spider hunts in their garden, which they love. They can spend hours out there.
Our apologies, Duchess. Maybe you'll find a better "beast" next time around!
