The Fab Five From 'Queer Eye' Just Gave A Shelter Dog A Fabulous Makeover, And We're Totally Smitten
Bobby, Tan, Antoni, Jonathan, and Karamo. Could these five men get any more fabulous?
Turns out the Fab Five just get better and better, just like a fine wine that Antoni might pair with a delicately, but expertly, prepared filet mignon.
To celebrate National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day, Netflix sought out the help from the stars of Queer Eye.
The five filmed a short video where they took on a new, ruff-looking client.

The client was a sweet shelter pup by the name of Lacey.
The five jumped to their individual expertises and gave Lacey a day of pampering and preparing for adoption.
Antoni baked Lacey some healthy puppy treats, Jonathan gave her a manicure, Tan got her some not "too basic" accessories, and Bobby got her a new bed.
Perhaps best of all, Karamo gave her an adorable pre-adoption pup talk.
"You probably have a lot of fear of what's going to happen in the new home. But I love you and they're going to love you, and if you ever feel that stress and anxiety of 'maybe they're not gonna love me?' I want you to say this to yourself: 'I'm a good girl and I deserve love!'"
Now, I've always loved the Fab Five, but now I'm all about them becoming the Sensational Six and adding their first female counterpart.
People everywhere are in love with the video.
This is the wholesomeness missing from my life till now 😍😍😍😍 https://t.co/rCBZlaCKBh— Eyam (@Eyam) 1556731665

More Queer Eye dog content, please!!
If you've watched any of the three seasons of Netflix hit reality series Queer Eye, you know what to expect from the Fab Five.
But the one who everyone seems to go gaga over is Antoni Porowski, the Fab Five's resident chef, who helps the show's subjects learn how to take care of themselves by cooking simple but delicious meals.
(Hot take: It's usually guacamole.)
Porowski has a style all his own. He has a rather disaffected manner of speaking. He sometimes seems like he's drifting off somewhere else. Is he high? Who knows? Maybe.
That hasn't stopped him from amassing an enormous following on social media.
And if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Antoni can rest easy knowing he has someone like comedian Benito Skinner to impersonate him. Skinner, who posts on Instagram under the username @bennydrama7 of Antoni taking on Seattle.
"I'm here at Pike Place Market in this gorgeous town of Seattle," he says in that sleepy drawl. "I absolutely adore it."
Oh, but it gets better: Skinner proceeds to gush effusively over flowers picked at the "gardens of Kanazawa, Japan"... among others.
It's all so... what's that word he used? Precious. Utterly precious.
That's true, he did forget those.
But no matter: It's uncanny.
We love Antoni, but this is hilarious. #QueerEye https://t.co/zfWoYONYTN— PRIDE (@PRIDE) 1553643392.0

The Jones Sisters From 'Queer Eye' Just Sold A Massive Amount Of BBQ Sauce After Their Episode Premiered
Queer Eye continues its successful streak on Netflix. Season 3 of the hit reality television show captured hearts around the country once the newest episodes dropped on the streaming service Friday. And it didn't take long for us to get another feel good story from the Fab Five.
Episode 3 of the show's third season saw the Fab Five hit up Kansas City, Missouri, where they became acquainted with sisters Deborah and Mary Jones, the owners of Jones Bar-B-Q. The restaurant has a signature barbecue sauce, and the main storyline of their episode followed their efforts to get their barbecue sauce bottled so it could be sold.
The sisters had trouble doing this themselves, so Antoni and Karamo took them to Original Juans––now Spicin' Foods, after having been sold––where they were able to finally bottle their signature sauce.
Refinery29 reached out to Spicin' Foods via email and received the following response:
"Our Product Development Manager, Tommy Carter, helped create a match to their secret ingredient just in time for filming. We're proud to have been able to partner with the Jones sisters and help them develop their recipe and get their sauce bottled. Also, the sauce is delicious! The secret ingredient gives it a rich and unique flavor."
The partnership was a big success: The Jones sisters sold 11,000 bottles of their signature Sweet & Tangy sauce the weekend that their episode aired.
As they wrote on Instagram:
Let's talk about the sauce. As of yesterday morning, we sold 11,000 bottles. We averaged 1.7 bottles per minute this weekend. We are feeling so much love and support from all of you.
THANK YOU to everyone who ordered a bottle. Your support means so much to us! Now, we're asking for your support in the form of patience. Please allow 7-10 days for your sauce to arrive.
To all our friends from around the world asking for our sauce, we hear you! It is one of our goals to start shipping internationally soon. Keep an eye on our page for updates.
Patience, everyone. Making and bottling this stuff sure is a lot of work:
And just look at how thrilled they are!
Fans are, simply put, over the moon for these two.
Want to order some barbecue sauce of your own? It's available for purchase on the official Jones Bar-B-Q website.
We're making a note to get some sauce ourselves!
