Usually when someone makes a Facebook status about a specific company, restaurant, or organization it's a complaint. An employee either wasn't accommodating, refused service, or disrespected them in some way. Every once in a while though, someone will make a Facebook status about the honest, good, well-intentioned efforts of a company to make a difference and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
