Quizzes, tests, and (gulp!) exams, can be a huge source of anxiety for students at any learning level. This professor decided to ease his students' nerves and reward their hard work on their last stats test. Did he give out candy? A pat on the back? A sticker?

No. Even better. Each test had an individualized, surprise bonus question at the end. Wow, what a champ.

Believe it or not, Canadians don't live in igloos or freeze to death all year round. If you go to Germany, it's highly unlikely that every German you meet will be cold and uninviting.
