What one person finds cute can be absolutely terrifying to another...

I'm incredibly afraid of animatronics. My worst fear is to become trapped on a Disney World dark ride surrounded by all of those dead eyed, smiling robots. I know they can't come to life... but what if they did?!

Redditor u/Sanbii was wondering what everyone was afraid of, and asked, "What's your weirded irrational fear?" The answers are wild...

10. Most wish they could time travel...

"I'm terrified I'm going to wake up one day and find out I've slipped backwards in time, whether it be days, weeks, or even years. Worst case scenario I wake up in middle school. I can't do middle school again, man."

9. I'm just bursting with nerves...

"I hate seeing kids play with balloons because they pop them so close to their face, or when you rub two balloons together and they make that god awful screeching sound.

I hate having to inflate balloons too as I'm scared they'll pop in my face."

What happened

"That I drop a knife or spill boiling hot water, not on myself, but on my cat."

7. An unbridled fear.

"I hate horses. They have human-esque teeth, they're huge, and they have eyes that trigger an uncanny valley reaction in me. Like, there's intelligence there, almost like a human, but numb. Almost like a human corpse. I'm trying to get over it. I'm pretty sure they can sense my fear, which doesn't help."

6. Has this ever happened to anyone?

"Dropping my phone in the gap between the floor and the elevator, and also in sewer grates."

5. Eyes are not meant to be touched!

"Stuff touching my eyes. I wear glasses, but refuse to wear contacts. Eyeballs are not meant to be touched!"

4. Imposter Syndrome

"My job will realize I am a fraud and fire me, even though I'm nationally recognized as an expert in my field."

3. Very superstitious...

"If I don't knock on wood after I've made a "what if" statement. I can't help but fear what would happen if I didn't knock on wood after my comment."

2. That sounds so creepy!

"That behind the window blinds someone is wide eyed and staring in. I've had it for years, and honestly it's a bit debilitating at times. Don't know why are where it came from."

1. I'm afraid of getting paper cuts anywhere

"For me it is paper cuts, specifically in the eye! I hate having papers too close to my eyes for this very reason! Very odd."

Love is crazy. I've finally come to that conclusion. And marriage, you take your life in your hands and just throw caution to the wind in hopes of survival with that step.

When love falls apart, things can get real messy, real fast. And I've always been stunned by people's behavior when love subsides.

More often than not, it's like they become different people. Sometimes people are beset by tragedy and grief and sometimes people smile wide and move on. It's a coin toss.

But my favorite post divorce personality has to be the sudden super villain. Oh honey watch out for them!

Redditor u/hyperyog wanted to hear all the tea from the divorcees out there by asking:

Divorced Redditors, what is the craziest thing you or your former spouse did after divorce?

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is highly regarded for his delicious plates, his ability to run a solid restaurant, and, let's face it, his stage presence.

He's also a foul-mouthed Brit who is all too willing to dismantle people's self-esteems and compare them to livestock animals.
