It's difficult when someone doesn't understand what you want them to understand. It can feel like they're purposefully ignoring you, shunning your orders, or spitting on your wishes. However, sometimes it can all be attributed to the other party simply not having any common sense. We want them to comprehend, but it might just be a blank spot.

Admitting when you're wrong about something.

It can be hard to do sometimes but it really is the best option.

Wash your hands after using the restroom. As a restaurant employee, I can say im terrified how many customers don't do this.
I'll call out the guys to if they don't wash them, and they just shrug it off. That's why I grab handles with paper towels afterwards too.

And never lend money unless you can afford to give it away.
Just Write It Down
Knowing how much it costs to live each month and how much money you take in. Basically keeping a budget.
It's surprises me how many people don't have a grasp on this.

Don't bother an employee when they're clearly on break/lunch break/recently off the clock unless it's an emergency.
